  1. Q: What utilities am I responsible for?
    A: Residents are responsible for electric, cable, phone and internet
  2. Q: Do you have on-site maintenance?
    A: Yes. Rayette Lofts provides an on-site maintenance technician M-F during regular business hours.
    B: Any after-hours maintenance emergencies will be dispatched to our on-call maintenance, RSO 
  3. Q: Is parking available?
    A: Please call for availability 
  4. Q: Are pets allowed? If so, what is the cost associated with bringing pets to Rayette Lofts? Are there breed restrictions or weight limits?
    A: Rayette Lofts is pet friendly and accepts cats and dogs up to 70 lbs. combined weight
    B: No more than two pets allowed per apartment
    C: Residents must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $300 upon initial move in
    D: Pet rent for dogs is $40 per month and $25 per month for cats
  5. Q: Do you offer flexible lease terms?
    A: We currently offer 3-13 month lease terms at our property, pricing may change depending on which lease term you choose
  6. Q: What are my options for paying my rent?
    A: Rent is due on the 1st of each month. You can either mail it or personally bring it to the dropbox near the Management Office
    B: You can also pay online through the resident portal
  7. Q: What do I need to qualify for a market rate apartment?
    A: Residents are required to make three times the monthly rent to qualify for a market rate apartment
    B: Residents must pass a background, credit and rental history check
  8. Q: Is there a security deposit?
    A: Yes. The security deposit is $300
    B: Ask about our Preferred Employer Program to see if you’re eligible for a discounted deposit
  9. Q: What is the application fee at Rayette Lofts?
    A: The application fee is $45 per adult applicant
  10. Q: Is smoking allowed at Rayette Lofts?
    A: No. Rayette Lofts is a smoke-free community
  11. Q: What are some features of the Lowertown Neighborhood?
    A: Rayette overlooks the Farmers Market and is only feet from the new Saint Paul Saints Ballpark, Mears Park, the Union Depot Green Line Light Rail, many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues
