Light Rail/Public Transportation

Light Rail to Downtown Minneapolis

Following the success of the Hiawatha (Blue Line), the city built the Green Line to connect Minneapolis and St. Paul. Launched in June 2014, the Green Line quickly became a popular choice for people commuting between the Twin Cities.

Lowertown’s Green Line light rail station is located at the newly restored Union Depot Platform, blocks away from Rayette Lofts. With frequent departures, travel time from the Lowertown Union Station to downtown Minneapolis is just a short 40 minute ride.

Access to Public Transportation

Rayette Lofts’ prime location makes it convenient to experience the Twin Cities. Easy access to public transportation gives freedom and flexibility to the urban explorer. Rayette Lofts is also located just blocks away from regional biking/walking paths along the Mississippi riverfront.
